Built progressively since 2001, GlobalScan preserves court-published information collected across multiple international jurisdictions, including historical court listings that may no longer be readily available through contemporary public searches.
FLSS maintains dedicated international research resources responsible for the continuing collection of court-published information within covered jurisdictions. The core GlobalScan database and the platform operating it remain air-gapped from the public internet and under the operational control of FLSS.

Why GlobalScan exists
Many courts publish daily or periodic case listings that remain publicly accessible for only a limited period. Once removed, those historical listings may become difficult or impossible to reconstruct through contemporary internet searches.
Since 2001, FLSS has systematically preserved court-published information across covered international jurisdictions. GlobalScan retains that historical intelligence so that a potential judicial footprint identified years later can provide an investigative entry point back to the originating court.
Where appropriate and legally accessible, FLSS can then pursue available primary court documentation through relevant local procedures, reconcile the identity of the individual or entity concerned, and determine what the underlying evidence actually establishes.
A GlobalScan match is therefore an investigative lead — not automatically an adverse finding.
