Acceptance of Terms
By requesting access to or subscribing to the GlobalScan Data Intelligence vault, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and any custodial protocols communicated at the time access is granted.
Use of the Database
Access is granted for internal compliance, screening, and due-diligence purposes only. Records may not be redistributed, resold, or incorporated into a competing database without written authorization.
Subscription & Access
Access is granted exclusively to approved clients under annual subscription tiers or under the full investigation-tier engagement. Access credentials are non-transferable and may be revoked for misuse.
Intellectual Property
The compilation, structuring, and cross-referencing of records within the vault is the proprietary work of Faust Legal Support Services. Underlying public-domain records remain public domain; the vault's structure and analysis do not.
Limitation of Liability
Records are manually researched and jurisdiction-verified, but GlobalScan makes no warranty that the database is exhaustive. Clients are responsible for independently confirming any finding before acting on it.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any client found in breach of these terms, including unauthorized redistribution of records or misuse of investigation-tier findings.
Governing Terms
These terms apply to all subscription and investigation-tier engagements and may be updated from time to time; continued use of the vault constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
Confidentiality
All records, search results, and derived analysis accessed through the vault are confidential and are provided solely for the client's internal compliance, screening, or due-diligence use. Clients may not disclose vault contents to any third party, publish findings, or use records in a manner that identifies GlobalScan or Faust Legal Support Services as the source without prior written consent.
Permitted Use
Vault access may be used only for lawful internal compliance, screening, due-diligence, and litigation-tracking purposes by the approved subscribing organization and its authorized team members. Permitted use excludes resale, sublicensing, bulk export for external distribution, integration into a competing product, or any use that violates applicable data-protection or consumer-reporting law in the client's jurisdiction.
Disclaimer
Records are manually researched and jurisdiction-verified at the time of entry, but litigation status, case outcomes, and public-record availability can change after a record is added. The vault is provided on an as-is basis without warranty that any record is current, complete, or free of error, and it does not constitute legal advice. Clients remain solely responsible for independently verifying any finding before relying on it for a compliance, hiring, lending, or investment decision.
